detectGnomeMonitors(ffi): MonitorRect[]

The monitors as GNOME lays them out — the SAME pixel space absolute aim is injected in, which is why lib/monitors prefers this over xrandr on Wayland: Xwayland's geometry only happens to agree with the stage, and stops agreeing once it renders at native scale.
